These condensing units are for one big house. The builder came up with the idea of stacking the c/u's. We told him his plan was not up to code and that it did not meet the manufacturer's specifications for installation. But after signing a waiver releasing us of any liability, we went ahead and installed the units how he wanted them. His solution to servicing the units is to disconnect them and slide them out. FYI this is a $6million dollar house.
