i might save up some and get a fluke..my amprobe is a clamp on i'd like to have something that dose alittle more..
Huh????

I don't get it. You ask for a budget meter that can do capacitance. You get a bunch listed, but some have a high price tag. So, then you state you want to be under $120. You get replies of some meters under $100, and you reply that you will just save for a Fluke, which will be the highest price you could pay.

So, why ask for a budget meter? :gah:
