Need to upgrade for Technical Service in the field.
Since i work on "all" brands, sometimes i find myself calling for parts and then going to get them , plus i get all reference material for that unit, at the counter.(wiring schematics,General info about Freon capacities, TXV or oricife,ect,ect)
Since the age of "info" is on the web , I'm trying to get myself set up where i can get that material/info off the web, and "maybe" with the capabilities of the supplier , e-mail the part i need , so it will be ready when i get there.
The Blackberry phone has got the Internet access , but the screen is small, don't think i could get a wire schematic off it???? had an demo on it Saturday.
The computer would be bigger screen and able to see the details more closely, and download the PDF files ,on installs, plus misc info and the plus of WI -fi being available practically "all" over the place including the Golden Arches .
Well i rest my case , and need you'll input from those that have found themselves going into this similar situation.
