i put in the condenser model number and it said no matches. make sure the you typed it right.

That is kind of what I was afraid of. Have not paid so i imagine they should be willing to fix the problem.

Well, this time i would demand a certificate. I usually give one with my quote along with brochures for the equipment i plan to install. That way my customers have all the info.
