Can someone tell me how to change the BACnet Instance Number for a NAE? I have a guy currently in the field trying to interface a NAE with an existing ALC system. The ALC integrator needs the Instance Number on the NAE to change to something else. I have one snag in this scenario though... For some reason the technician is having a problem getting SCT loaded up, so I am hoping there is a way to change the instance number while live on the NAE. Any help?
I don't have a live NAE right now to play with so I was hoping someone here knew how.
Also for future reference, I would like to know if it can be done offline on the SCT database.
