Therec are a list of things that could be wrong,From bad ductwork to a particially plugged metering divice to not installing "BURNOUt" filter dryers with the first compressor change out.If they didn't use nitrogen when brazing it could be carbon particles.I would get a hold of the York distributer and see what they say.I'm of the opinion that you at least have a right to demand a whole new condenseer.They will say no at first but get in tgheir logic on this.Also be open to a new contractor.
