My question is directed straight at sporlan. Mueller condensing units utilize a metering device called a subcooling valve made by sporlan. Converting from r22 to 407c where a normal txv is being used some super heat adjustments maybe required. Well in my field of work most of the system I encountered use a none adjustable SC valve although there is an occasion when I will come across one that is adjustable but I'm not working with sh with these. My question to sporlan is what are their thoughts of going from r22 to a blend like 407c in system using a SC valve? R507 is a blend and mueller is using it? Just curious on what thinks on using 407c with a score valve?
