need a new set, what you guys like. hvac everyday use, I have to focus on fluke just cause, but man you gotta pay.I lookin at tlk289 set but any alternatives?

That looks like a decent kit, especially if it comes with the case.

But for day to day use I like these. The tips retract so you can expose just the points.

I use those tips. Fully adjustable and the most versatile leads I’ve ever used. $24-29 depending on where you buy them. Best leads I’ve ever owned.

Went with the tl224 and retractable leads. Definitely can’t wait. This cheap set I picked local makes me cuss every time I pull out the meter,

TL 175 by fluke are a great all around lead I use them on a regular basis I was skeptical at first cause i never used a guarded lead before but some of the factories we do work in it is mandated. I bought one set and loved them so much i have a set for each of my meters now. Sometimes exposing just the tip is nice if your trying to get your meter in somewhere tight. I also have a set of the alligator clips which are great if you need a free hand or two. Such as checking anything in line or flame signal and things like that.

I like Fluke leads and tips, but I always feel like I'm untangling an extension cord every time I want to use them, they're waaaay too long. Soooo, I bought a set of Probemasters and love them. You can order any length you like, and there are sets with tips and clips for every need, and they're priced very fairly. They are the very best I've used!
