where might i find a 5/16 thread #43 lpg orifice or a blank that i can drill out to correct size? thx in advance for any assistence

Different brands of equipment will often use different designed orifices. You would need to find one that +is the same of very similar to what you are working on. I would try a brand supply house for what ever brand you are working on.
