I'm not sure if this is an appropriate posting but I was hoping to ask someone who deals with HVAC's. I live near a small/medium commercial building that operates the HVAC 24/7 and every 1/2 hour this HVAC starts up after idling for 3 - 5 minutes. It's loud. Ear piercing when you are 25 ft away. I posted a video on youtube. Sorry the video is on the side but you can hear it right at the beginning. Definitely not as loud as when you are standing there.
Is it normal or is it something that can be done about it.
As far as I can tell it is a Baltimore Aircoil unit.
