I've purchased LSN180HSV5 4 Zone mini split w/ wall mount units ( 1 - LMU36CHV 3-LMN079HVT ) Winter of last year.
I've got a contractor to come out and install these units. It was installed and worked through the winter. It felt like it was not heating too well slightly below freezing temperature. I knew not much back then and just thought it is what it is. I used it through out the winter okay.
Now its the summer A/C was working fine but after 2, 3 nights of operations it triggered ch 35 error.
```
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Low pressure sensor issue.
Possible causes
Overload operation (due to the outdoor fan being constrained, screened, or blocked).
Insufficient Refrigerant due to leakage.
Pressure sensor is badly connected.
The compressor sensor is faulty.
The PCBA is defective.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
```
At first the installer thought it was leaking refrigerant, all connections were checked ,vacuumed checked and made sure again the pressure holds.
The refrigerant were refilled again. After it would run again. But it happened again today and I noticed that it would trigger error code ch 35 using a specific wall mount unit in Master bed room.
I reset the system with power shut down and ran other locations and would run perfectly fine with cold air coming out. Running again only the master bedroom would trigger the error
I've relay the message to the contractor but currently no time scheduled as its busy season with AC units.
Any suggestion would help and maybe I could tell the contractor to pin point for a solution?.
