have an old 19c r11 machine, customer wants to have it leak check as part of the maintenance program, I'm thinking about using an ultrasonic detector, have anyone here had success pointing leaks with it? appreciate your advise. thanks
Worked on alot of 19C and 19CBs even 17s and the dresser coupling under insulation on suction 90 and sight glass on liquid level is pron for leaks on these chillers. 5-7 psig. is plenty with a trusty leak detector.
