I cannot find any literature on this product whatsoever. I am stuck in the limbo between JCI and York. Called York and they say it was a product of the BSG group of JCI and I called them. They, in turn, routed me to local branch and they will not help me once they figure out who I am. Any literature on this product or ISN in general would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Are you looking for info on the hardware, or software? The software usually used to interface is called IcE (programming, backups and documentation). You should be able to access any point in the program using the keypad or Hyperterminal, you just have to understand the Feature, Section, Page layout.

:DSome kind soul has given me some very good information as well as the most entertaining IOM I have ever seen. The diagram's are hilarious, there are an abundance of wiring schematics that show you how "not" to hook things up. Plus words like diagrammatically. Hehehe. Good Stuff.

I enjoyed the Michael Jackson era "Thriller" Stickman with some sort of super vision the most.
