jaybee, if you've got water sitting in the drain at the end of the drip period then your drain isn't getting away properly.
Have you pulled the traps apart to check there's no junk in them restricting the flow?
Only one 12 minute defrost per day?! Don't you blokes have any humidity over there?

These cases are hot gas defrost . Coffin cases ice cream . 6 casses in all 3sets back to back and and end cap. Just curios how many defrost would u recomend.

Hot gas isn't big over here. We mostly use electric defrost, 4/day at 40 min. The heaters terminate on 15C klixons.
We have 1 supermarket set up for 1 60 min defrost and seem to have less ice problems from it than all the rest.
We subcontract for national contractors who don't want to go to the expense of setting up in this town and set up the cases to their specs, hence the difference in set ups.
