No good way to answer that with no dimensiuons wall thickness etc.

Model numbers on the evaps would help, at least dimensions and rows with fin spacing if you cant get mod numbers.

8 draw cooler

No nomenclature tag on unit? Chain rest. or ma pa? Generally most chain restaurants use the same equipment manufactures for all their equipment. This would be a good indicator of make. Having an idea of the make you can go to their web-site and search for your unit-- most have very good pics. If MA PA or not all same make equip. I would suggest researching all the major brands web-sites. Had to do this one time on a 2 draw pull-out w/a 24" grill on top. Tag was gone and ma pa got the best priced equip. available--nothing matched! Got lucky Beverage-air was first I tried and bingo there she was! No matter how hard I try to stay away from rest. refrig. I seem to get drawed back in. I would start with beverage-air then traulsen, true, mccall, viking, hobart, volrath All have great web-sites. Good luck!

yes!

8 drawers
that'd be a 1/2 hp semi comp copeland , tank remoted to a multi pack, if not the same in a undr counter, up to a 3/4 in a can, but i doubt it its gotta be a half hp., at the highest,,
now if im wrong u can say i told u so! or pitch a good one
or call me some bad names, lol

8 Drawers, two mullions@ 15-1800btu 1/2 HP tin can. JR series Copeland? If you have a high head condition go oversized condenser 35w mtr., the largest and pitched blade possible.Don't use a 3/4 HP short cycles short pump life.

Walked into this as the second. previous contractor installed new condensing unit Tecumseh 2/3 hp, 4600 btu, r-22, med temp system on existing evaps. Customer says hasn't worked right since install including freezing lettuce when old system did not. Erratic temps were rported and evap freezing, so company added defrost clock. Shuts down all but fans for 2 hour cycle each day. Unit still not right. I get superheat in thmid 40's, 12 subcool high side aroun 125, low at 40. Glass flashing like
crazy. Unit should hold 3.8 lb r-22 plus 30 ft of tubing.I'm thinking that original was old 12 unit and we're mismatch badly. This stuff is in an old mom and pop. One compressor is a copeland FX-411. Does any one remember these? Copeland doesn't even have the records anymore.
