I live in a new neighborhood (less than 2 years old) and several of the homes have already had air conditioing problems. All the homes came standard with ArcoAire 2.5 ton units. I have the feeling that the builder went the cheap route instead of quality. So are these units as "cheap" as I suspect?
Is Arcoaire low quality?
