Thank you for the help.
We have electric furnace with cold/hot heat pump Tran. We had Venstar thermostat and and everything seems fine the the blower would go on and off. However, with Venstar we have no ability to track how system perform. Consequently we decided to instar Ecobee thermostat. Since we installed Ecobee thermostat our blower seems work constantly it does not stop blowing air. Is this is how it supposed to be? Do I need to change settings on Ecobee? Do I need to call technician?

One is from Ecobee another from Ecobee website. Do you think I can do anything? There are seems no maximum limit. What if I set time like 30 min would it stop for some time?
