You've already waisted money on a unneeded control board. Why not call a tech to properly diagnose the unit rather then keep guessing at what will fix the problem?
Plus it's heat exchanger checkup time.

Well, if they were unable to correctly diagnose the issue, or misdiagnosed it, you shouldn't have been charged.
