I have dealer with several ICP mod furnaces on L/P with carbon issues. His conversions are all to manuf spec. yet on occasion the flame will burn in the burner at the diffuser end eventually plugging the burner. The flame rod at the other end keeps the gas on. The roll-out switch may on occasion trip.
During last season we had L/P suppliers telling customers to call when they were between 10% >15% in there tanks. At 20 below F this can be a problem! Of course the low gas pressure switch s bypassed "because they cause to many problems!"
