5 years, at the current place.
Been great until recently.
Not sure what the exact issue is but I've reached a point I'm ready to move on.
Biggest reason is pay scale.
New employees come in making more and you just have to move to another company and get what you want coming in the door.
Another is across the board rules, no matter how good you do your job they insist on making it harder for everyone.

Leadership says hang in their we really need you but thats been the story all year and its getting worse.

Didnt really want to leave but a second interview in the morning may just be the offer Ive been waiting for.

have you told them all the issues? I have a guy that has worked for me for a couple years. oner the last year I noticed his lack of enthusiasm. so I asked and we fixed it. of course he wanted more money, but plai and simple, it just can't happen. we worked it out in other ways. he is back to himself now. do they know you have job interviews?
