Few things to point out and for you to consider. The 25% price difference can be due to the following.

Rheem dealer: 14 seer, multispeed/high eff. indoor air handler. new duct system.

Trane dealer: 16 seer, variable speed indoor air handler. New duct system.

Two different systems besides name brand that not a apples to apples comparison.

Are they heat pumps? What are the warranties for both parts and labor? Ductwork layout is it trunk line, metal or ductboard, R-value of the flew or metal? Scope of the work company vs company Details?, Load cal. manual j and s, duct work sizing using manual d provided and explained?

The company and the quality of the install far out ways name brand both rheem and trane make good systems but as mentioned above the two are not apples to apples so for a far comparison. The systems are only as good as the company that installs them properly.
