It was installed this year.
Why is the H O even messing with it, that’s up to the installing contractor?

Having trouble with the ion thermostat finding the indoor unit. Any one have any suggestions?
New install
2024 heil g80ctl (w/nfc)
Ion syst0101cw thermostat
2.8vdc between dx+ / dx-
28vac between R & C
123.8 vac supply voltage
The green com light lights but does not blink
Thinking furnace board might be the culprit do to low communicating voltage.
I have calls into the supplier.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
