Does it really matter? All we are waiving is the service call. If gaining a new customer what's more important? In this case i can guarantee i wasnt the first on it. About 99% of them are "i was told i needed a new unit" though.

Some companies in my area for residential if the unit is 10 years old or older they automatically tell the customer they need a new system they will not work on anything over 10 years old
 
Who did the job I was thinking maybe the handyman that was doing the construction that's in the background of the picture? The customers that claim they do not have the money seem to come up with it when it gets extra hot or extra cold outside
