I am having a problem with a Gibson straight a/c. There is no nameplate on the unit as it was scratched off all I have is the compressor model which I just replaced on the 28th of August. The model for the compressor is ZR57K3-PFV-930. The unit has a orfice metering device which I took a part and pushed nitrogen through the coil. I had good air flow when I pressurized the system with nitrogen. I have about 9 lbs of r 22 in the system and I have pressures of 55 psig on my suction and 305 psig on my head. Filters are new and evaporator fan is running. I washed the coils twice and still have a high head pressure. I could use some help please.
