Some residential propane in New Hampshire is 2 psi. An additional regulator is needed at each appliance to bring it down to 11 inches wc.
The 2nd stage reg from 10 psi to 2 psi is just outside of the house.

I am licensed in the state of Maine. No license required yet in my state. Its legal to run 2 psi propane into a residence in my state and has been for quite a while. As long as the proper regulators are used throughout the system.
