Went on service call and furnace calling for heat. no led code showing. blower wont run. ignitor wont burn and gas wont flow. ac fuctioning normal. any suggestions???

so you mean the gas wouldnt flow even with the ignitor not working? :gah: definitely something wrong:whistle:

24v from w to c? Inducer start up? Doesn't sound like you're a tech if you don't know sequence of operation.
These are the first 2 questions that need to be answered before we can be of much help. Also Do they have a new thermostat? If so make sure there is a jumper between RH and RC. One last thing for now, what is your model and serial numbers?
 
Is this a Goodman? If the pressure switch is jumped or stuck closed they will sit there and smile at you with no code, even though it is locked out.
