came home and found my evap coil and compressor completly frozen as well as the suction line both fans where running besides low refridgerant what else could be the problem?

dirty air filter ,collapsed ductwork,incorrect fan speed,faulty rv....best to have it checked by a pro.

If by evaporator you mean outdoor portion of a heat pump and you are heating it could also be a failed defrost thermostat.
