SHR 150 heat recovery ventilator installed it two years ago got a call that its running on high speed all the time. It is controlled by fantechs humidity control. told them to set it above 80% and see if it slows down. no help.
I have installed several of these but never had to trouble shoot one. Any thoughts I would be grateful.
