Should Evaporator Coils be cleaned annually in general?

Presently, our Evp. A-Coil is not hardly accessible at all, unless you remove a million screws from the 3'x3' sheet metal side (oops, that is 704,332 screws, sorry. it took awhile to count them)

.
And it's never been opened to clean it, et cetera. Which would be torturous to do that way.

When having our new furnace installed soon (with keeping current Evp. Coil that's under furnace) ... should we ask that the housing be done differently for more proper access?
Can better housing be done for easier access?
Is there housing with a removable panel that could be done?

-------------------
The furnace likely will be Trane XV95 downflow 60,000 BTU's (TDH2B060A9V3VA).
-----------------------------
Evap Coil 2004 AmStd ... TXA-030C4HPCO ... 4103TBT50(or G) .... w/adding R22 TXV ..... distance from A/C to Coil for lineset is around or under 24'.

What kind of filtering system do you have?

Any coil is hard to clean, we all wish they would have the filtration listed as above, BUT yes for the love of GOD if your having the thing redone please ask for a better access to at least look at the coil and clean it if nessasary, wether it's dirty or not at this point have it cleaned anyway, but please have them leave an access pannal for future use, just make sure it's sealed properly, we can always get that open and reseal it.

Coil Enclosures

.
I do see in Trane's Manual that thay offer optional Coil Enclosures ... anyone know what they're like?

Removable panels etc.?
All the AS(Trane) coils I install have the optional enclosures. They are 4 piece and easy to get into and service. It's the thermal bulb thats a pain to un-install and re-install that takes some time.

Another question ... I noticed rust on all the little 180°
curved pipings on edge of A-Coil ... is this normal, or a concern?

Secondly ... later on when a new A-Coil is needed ... the furnace isn't actually moved, is it (I would think no)?
