Should Evaporator Coils be cleaned annually in general?
Presently, our Evp. A-Coil is not hardly accessible at all, unless you remove a million screws from the 3'x3' sheet metal side (oops, that is 704,332 screws, sorry. it took awhile to count them)

And it's never been opened to clean it, et cetera. Which would be torturous to do that way.
When having our new furnace installed soon (with keeping current Evp. Coil that's under furnace) ... should we ask that the housing be done differently for more proper access?
Can better housing be done for easier access?
Is there housing with a removable panel that could be done?

The furnace likely will be Trane XV95 downflow 60,000 BTU's (TDH2B060A9V3VA).

Evap Coil 2004 AmStd ... TXA-030C4HPCO ... 4103TBT50(or G) .... w/adding R22 TXV ..... distance from A/C to Coil for lineset is around or under 24'.
