Does your company allow the service techs to enter a house that no one is home at?
Just wondering the other day on of the techs at our shop when on a service call and walked in on a robbery in progress, got a gun pulled on him tied up and himself robbed of cash only did not touch the van or his credit cards. The tech freed himself and dial 911.
Now the company is thinking of starting a policy of no one home no service. I think it a great idea except for the customer inconvience thoughts?????
