Anyone run into any issues with the ecobee malfunctioning and not turning on the ac ?
Customer call earlier says home is warm and ecobee says ac off for four hours with set point lower than indoor temp. Then she says oh wait now it’s cooling in same phone call.
I installed new American standard silver series condenser and coil last year and also did a check on it last month. Everything perfect
Thoughts??
