The company I work for does alot of crawl space remediation. The basic idea is to reduce humidity below 50% RH and mold will die. Remove all prevent ground covering spread lime retarp the whole space and install a dehumifier like the Aprilaire 1700. If the CS is very large the you may want to duct it. Pull in the air from the bottom end of the CS and exhaust it in the upper end. This will obviously cause a circulation of air with the dehumidified air "wiping" joist on it's way back to the dehu intake picking up moisture along the way. oh, also make sure that all CS vents are sealed off and cleaning all surfaces with a mold inhibitor/killer.

Bleach for mold?

Everything that I've been told is that bleach will do nothing to mold but turn it white. Some types of mold may be different just be careful...
