Anyone ever used a Copeland ZB66KC compressor to replace a
ZR108KC? 10 tons R22HT. They will cross ref each other but the ZB was designed as a ref pump and has the oil fitting already on it and the ZR just has a stub. Different BM#s tho. Popular on Wal-Mart rooftops. Just wondering.

a ZR108 with an added fitting becomes the ZB66 and is
essentially the same compressor

this helps consolidate inventory, though it
confuses some mechanics who aren't used to
dual rated compressors

hey Rocket, sounds like were in the same biz. Wholesale Ref. I always like to find an alternate way to help out a customer that might be in a pinch. Great info. THX
