I have an AC system at my ranch house - which was installed by the previous owner in 2016.
In most of the room, there are these old vents round opening - the interior measurement is 6".
I'm looking to replace these with a brand new smart rectangle vents opening.
Any idea how do I calculate the size of the new rectangle ones (All are the same size round ones - 6" opening on the inside of them).
I thought about putting in the 6"x10" rectangle ones in the smaller rooms and in the bigger ones the 6"x12". Any insight/idea/calculator will be helpful as I do not want to make a mistake and overkill the AC main unit.
