Yes, he reconnected it. But he said the fan still ran with the fan wire to the F terminal of the dual capacitor disconnected and he couldn't hear if the compressor was running or how it sounded. He thinks there's a problem with the compressor due to poor cooling. I am wondering if this tech is thinking correctly before I spend more money.
