Condensation dripping from mini-split heads

I have a Gree mini-split installed in my house, and have had an ongoing issue with condensation leaking inside the house. I understand it's a common problem with mini-splits, and there are quite a few troubleshooting steps to solve the problem (as well as regular maintenance procedures that can help prevent it).

I've been troubleshooting this with the installer and Gree for the past year(!), since we've lived in our house. Every time I think I've fixed it, but it happens again in a few weeks/months. Luckily it hasn't caused any major damage to the house yet (I do turn off the unit every time I leave the house though, for fear that it will start leaking).

I live in a 400 sq ft house, so the wall space under the AC is very valuable. I'd like to put a piano there, but I can't take the risk that it will get wet from the condensation dripping. Is there anything I can do to ensure that area stays dry? This seems like a fundamental problem with the mini-split technology. How do people deal with this?

If the condensate pumps are installed behind the units.... Its likely the drain line is angled upward and not allowing the condensate to drain properly. I've had great success installing aspen mini white condensate pumps. These will mount either to the side or under the unit and look really nice compared to the alternatives available.
