Who knows exact procedure of adjusting carrier 59mn7c furnace modulating gas valve
The manifold pressure changes by itself after adjusting
Any experience or advice

Who knows exact procedure of adjusting carrier 59mn7c furnace modulating gas valve

You lock it in High stage, then adjust manifold pressure, then lock in Low stage and adjust.

The procedure is spelled out in the install manual.

Do you have to reset the power before each setting

The problem is adjustment doesn’t stay there after couple cycles
Wated to make sure valve is faulty or i miss something here

The install manual only states to reset the 115v power after the blower shuts off from setting the high stage manifold pressure.

It does not state to do this after the low stage manifold pressure is set.

there should be a situation that you can change the memory for low or high because there is just one switch for both and I think that’s when the power is reset
You are right manual say reset power after adjusting but it also says reset before
I think it says after too because it wants to adjust low as well
