I ran into an old r22 carrier packaged unit that had two filters/ check valve in the unit. One check valve had was sweating just after the check valve, the other one was not. The bad check valve is the one that had no sweat just after it ? It is shut closed? Replace that one ?

Also head pressure high and suction low.

Thanks in advance

This is a heat pump unit?

Once you open it up to replace the check valve - you have to replace both driers. So what's one more check valve? Just replace all of it.
