Wondering if anyone has encountered this problem. Put unit in cooling mode via remote control (snowflake shows on remote) and the heat symbol shows on the display of the air handler with a setpoint of 82. Unit was heating when it should have been cooling.

Wired correctly, try resetting. Not sure if they have a reset button. I'm a Fujitsu dealer.

Cycled power...seems to be fine. Must have been something weird.
