I would extend your roof line out over your OD unit, and then if necessary get some sections of trellis and build it around the 2 sides coming out from the house and maybe put some screening on the back side to prevent pine needles and other small debris from clogginh the unit. Build onside as a door to swing open to access the unit to make life easier for your tech who needs to service the unit would be a thought.

Bascally that would be the idea, but by using trellis for the sides would look alittle nicer IMO.
