Of all days my day off and At my daughters trouble shooting condenser cause breakers keeps tripping. I have 0.000 ohms when I go from start to shell of comp and I get beep on meter same with run but no ohms. Is 0.000 ohms enough to say bad comp? I've always had some resistance when finding a winding grounded to shell of compresser
