I use to do frozen coke ( icees) and soda's. Mostly multiplex systems, system would chill water and syrup lines in ice bank controlled bath, basic system straight forward. You wouldn't believe how people lose their minds when sugar water isn't available with their double cheese burger!!

Frozen coke machines are interesting there is a lot packed into that machine, the brix is very important , you use a sucrose refractometer to get the perfect mix of syrup /water ratio There is a science to it. I spoke to techs that work for coke/ icees. Seem to always be busy especially summer
