The initial call was for ice being too thick. The brand new machine worked fine for 30 days and then the ice started sheeting on the plate. I had to adjust the pressure switch about 1/2 turn to get decent quality ice. It has been good for about a month, Now the customer says the ice is great quality, but about every other day it sheets up on the plate again - really thick. This is an iceu400 undercounter machine. Has anyone had this gremlin before? I am going tomorrow and I hope I can catch it in the act. I suspect the purge switch, but the distributor thinks the cam switch may be out of adjustment. Anyone?
