The neighbor actually wanted me to fix this unit haha he said "it makes the worst dang racket you could ever imagine" and he was right you can hear it from a distance. A tree fell on it 2 years ago and no leaks! Just Lots of squeaks and vibrations, it's only a matter of when with this unit
