ALC LGR1000 Bacnet IP to Jace

One of our customers recently took over a site that has what looks like an up to date WebCtrl server accessing a network of what looks like CMNet and Bacnet MSTP/Arcnet devices. Looking at the WebCrtl settings it looks Bacnet IP is used to connect the server and LGR1000.
For some reason when I set my Jace to an IP on the local network I can't discover anything on the network. Best thing I could do was to manually add the LGR-1000 device using the settings from Web Ctrl. The device Name: CM:01 Device ID:240101 comes up online and I am able to discover points in the device. Using the export utility in Web Ctrl I manually added the subnet devices but they are offline.

The LGR-1000 is running a driver named:drv_melgr_dguard_2-06f-001 not sure what rev.
The WebCTRL Server is running version: Build: 6.0.003.20130910-55565 from 2013

I have done one previous LGR integration which I connected and discovered all devices with no problem.

The LGR-1000 is setup with an IP (###.##.##.66) that is exposed to the outside network but the subnet (255.255.255.252) limits access to the default gateway (###.##.##.65). The Web CTRL Server is actually on a completely different internal network that goes out to the building router and back in.

Would like to change the IP to something more accessible but don't want to break anything. Not sure if the local ALC rep will be willing to help since Tridium is being used corporate wide.

Thanks

That driver suggests that you are looking at an integration already, to a Dataguard system. You will likely find something between 200 and 1000 points of integration under that LGR. The points in the LGR might not be "network visible" which would prevent you from seeing them.

The LGR1000 has three networks, local, 2401 which has bacnet devices, and 2402 which is connecting to the DataGuard network. Not sure how the WebCTRL Server connects to the LGR1000 but all I see is Bacnet IP listed as a protocol on company network side.

That's basically it I belive, BACnet IP between the LGR and the server.
In webctrl 6 there's the option to change the IP address of the LRG remotely. Go to the network tab and expand the LGR, underneath look at BACnet router properties. On the right side there's the IP configuration area where you can make the changes. I don't remember exactly how it's done, but you can search the help files in webctrl to see how it's done.
You'll also have to make sure all the points are network visible if you want to discover them.
