I need some help. I have had 2 tech's from different companies out to say they do not know what to do. The 2nd Comp said the water was from "unidentified secondary source."
Here's the story:
Trane 4TEE3F65A1000A - Variable Speed
Both indoor/outdoor units are 5yr old, 5 ton.
Horizontal Air Handler
Water overflowed the emergency drain pan.
Tech #1 verified the primary drain was not clogged and working.
Water appears to be reaching under the blower. Splash marks on blower.
I would guess the water reaches the emergency pan because it is being sucked over to where there is no drain pan. The insulation was soaked on the bottom of the unit.
I do not know if this is related, but the CFM LED on the circuit board blinks periodically when the unit is not running.....
Please help!!! (There are pictures of the inside air handler attached)
