Hello,
I do work on hvac but not many walk-ins I am reading up on this to get better but I normally work on r-22 and 410-a systems.
I am looking for some assistance on a 409-a system, I have one that looks to be a little low on charge, but there is no bubbles in the site glass. It is short cycling when the cooler get colder. I have to look at the coils on the inside first, but I was getting 30 degress superheat and 4 degrees subcooling.
the cooler was off and when i got my readings it was 65 degrees in the warehouse and about 60/65 in the cooler.
What should my supoerheat and subcooling be for this type of unit and at what temp for the cooler.
it is a Kramer model C2A12SH serial # 091562
Compressor Copelametic # EAV1-0200-DAD / 70D17564
I had my friend order a drum of 409-a just in case,
What else should I be looking for?
any help would be greatfull
