Unit was installed 10-28-02 Temperature rise was ok and gas pressures were ok. I find it hard to beleive it was a defective heat exchanger. [Edited by Boss on 12-29-2003 at 08:52 AM]

Restricted ductwork is the most likely cause. Anything over .5" wc is restricted.
