When you get the registration number you have to supply a number that is generated by your Palm device. Does this mean that the software is then tied to that one device? What if the device is replaced or stolen? Do I then have to buy the software again?

Do you enter all the info manually? How do you use the software, as a selling tool? If the local electric company isn't paying out any $$$ for this report then the only useful thing I can see for it is to sell a new system. You can show that the system is "tuned up" but not working as efficiently as it should.

i watched that first video and it showed the tool with the testo analyzer that cost like 234,252,547,344,853,872, dollars lmao
i didn't know you can put it in manually
now my issue with the product is it only works on a Palm??? isn't worth it to me, i have a blackberry that does everything a palm can except this app lol
