How come there are so many annoying Texans on this site?
Is there any other kind of Texan?
Did the concept of HVAC finially reach down there?
I thought it CAME from down here.
Don't have much use for the H part, though.
We just put furnaces in to have something to blow air with.

Are you froze in today?

Actually there's relatively few native Texans here...So many Yankees have moved in cuz they were tired of their balls freezing off (like me) that school kids are losing the Texas accent (truth) My wife has it but my stepson doesn't. We'd worry about(annoying people) if the annoyed people mattered..but they don't.

I knew that.

Driving it tonight.
Going home to NM.
It's a full twelve hours from end to end.
That's just to get out of Texas.
Six more after that.

Hey coolwhip! Start at the Michigan/Ohio border and drive north on I-75 across the Mackinaw bridge. Then head west to the Wisconsin border. Its more than a 12 hour trip from one end of Michigan to the other.

Well Hell Yeah. We got them Big Chickens too ! :p

PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

This is working on a record year, mattm

But the reason why they are so skinny is cause it gets to hot in the summer. We grow big racks with no ass:D

I grew up in the western end of The South. "Southern California".

So I'm a "transplant" here.

I dont see what the big fuss is about over the Alamo!

I think General Santa Ana should have called everyone together for a big ol Bar B Que instad of having a battle!

Afterall, He won anyway. Both then and today! Just look around this place... it's real obvious who owns this state!
Santa Ana's countrymen and decendants!:D

They just let us do the paperwork to keep things running smoothly .... sort of.

Since you are from California I can see why you are not impressed. It was probably hard to get used to living in a state that isn't run over with queers and liberals. Maybe you should go back.

I've spent the last two years working in Austin. And there are plenty of queers and liberals there.

In fact, if it wasnt for those two types of people .... Austin would only have a small handful of college students and a whole bunch of musicians!

And I-35 WOULD STILL BE CROWDED!!! :D

As far as going back ... if it wasnt for my family here, I would have already left.
Down here the folks are so friendly ... it is unbelieveable!

I am just now begining to get used to being here.
It is just THAT DIFFERENT than living in the west.

And the weather here.... I can only handle about six months out of the year. The rest I only tolerate.

This humidity is outrageous.

Oh ... and thanks for the invitation to go back:D

That's what I love about Texas. It is different from everywhere else. As far as Austing & I 35 goes you couldn't have hit the nail better. You stay in Texas too long R12 and you may never leave. I am not originally from here, but I could never live anywhere else.
